I am a 200 hour RYT Yoga instructor, Certified Informed Trauma Coach, and Intuitive Guide. I have been blessed with many gifts to assist you in your goals and healing. I am a very compassionate empathic guide. I meet you where you are now. I guide and assist you in your own self empowerment, self love, and healing journey.
